Privacy Policy

Your images, screenshots, social content and QR details are processed in your browser. The tools do not upload those inputs to a file-processing server. You do not need an account to use the current tools.
Hosting requests
Our cloud hosting service necessarily receives normal web requests, which can include your IP address, browser information and requested URLs. Infrastructure providers may process request logs for delivery, reliability and security. This is separate from uploading the contents of a selected file for processing.
Files and exports
Files are decoded into browser memory and downloads are generated on your device. The tools do not intentionally copy original EXIF metadata into re-encoded images. We do not operate a server-side library of your uploads or exports. Your browser, operating system, download folder or backups may retain copies. Close the tab and manage downloaded files when using a shared device.
Meeting links and QR codes
Shared meeting settings are encoded after # in a link. They include the meeting title, cities, working hours, date, duration and selected time. They are readable by anyone who has the link. URL fragments are not part of the ordinary HTTP request to our server, but sharing the link shares its contents.
QR codes encode the details you enter. A person with your Wi-Fi QR can decode its credentials. Treat the export accordingly. Screenshot redaction is manual; check all sensitive areas before sharing the downloaded image.
Cookies and measurement today
We currently load no Google AdSense code, advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. We do not currently use advertising cookies or analytics cookies through the toolkit. Tool actions create browser-only events to support possible future measurement; no analytics service currently receives them. Your browser and hosting infrastructure may still have their own operational behavior.
Advertising if introduced
Advertising is not active. If Google AdSense or other advertising is introduced, this policy and the applicable choices will be updated before advertising is enabled. Third-party vendors, including Google, may then use cookies to serve ads based on visits to this and other websites. Google’s advertising cookies can enable Google and its partners to personalize ads using those visits.
You can manage Google’s personalized advertising preferences at My Ad Center, read Google’s advertising technology explanation, or explore participating vendors’ choices at YourAdChoices. Where applicable, advertising consent choices must be offered through an appropriate consent platform before regulated advertising storage or processing occurs.
