Medical AI evaluation
Grade AI-generated medical content, flag unsafe outputs, and validate clinical reasoning for health-technology teams. Per-task work on a flexible schedule.
What we expect
- MBBS with completed house job (FCPS trainees and fellows welcome)
- Strong written English and real attention to detail
- Laptop, reliable internet, and professional discretion with patient data
The terms, plainly
Per-note pay + monthly floor
Once assigned to a client account. A standard 2–3 hour daily block targets PKR 140,000–200,000 per month.
Paid on the 1st. Always.
Bank transfer or Raast. Payment reliability is the foundation of this company — it is the reason doctors stay.
Merit-only selection
A written examination in clinical summarization, note structure, and error detection. Fewer than 1 in 10 pass — exactly what we tell our clients.
Referral recognition
PKR 20,000 for every referred colleague who passes selection and completes sixty days. Training on our system is included for everyone selected.
One honest note: assignments depend on client volume, which is growing, not infinite. We onboard fewer physicians and keep every one of them busy and well paid — rather than building a large idle roster.
