For more than 30 years, Enterprise Connect has brought together enterprise IT decision makers with industry vendors, analysts, consultants and channel partners to focus on core business communications issues. Here are some of the highlights from this year’s event:

  • Focus on accessibility: Enterprise Connect strongly believes that IT/communications teams can be among the leaders in their companies in improving accessibility for employees with disabilities. Communication/collaboration technology offers many ways to improve the employee experience for people with disabilities, and Enterprise Connect 2023 will feature content and programs that inspire attendees to make a difference within their company when it comes to accessibility. This lineup will include a general opening stage session, a breakout session offering detailed action items and the inclusion of a “Best Innovation for Accessibility” category in this year’s annual Best in Enterprise Connect awards.
  • Biggest Tracks Ever on Customer Experience (CX), UC/UCaaS Migration, and Workplace Strategies. These three areas: CX, migrating to the cloud, and adapting the technology to the workplaces of the future, are critical issues for corporate communications leaders in the wake of the pandemic. Sessions in these areas will range from case study discussions featuring business leaders, to technical mini-tutorials, in-depth guidance for upgrading CX technologies and project management of migration to the cloud.
  • Diversity and inclusion: In the coming weeks, Enterprise Connect will share news of exciting programs and partnerships focused on diversity, inclusion and community support. Enterprise Connect is also expanding its Women in Communications program (see below).

Fostering careers for women in enterprise communications and IT is more important than ever, which is why Enterprise Connect 2023 will feature our most comprehensive Women in Communications program yet.

This year’s Women in Communication program provides opportunities for learning, exchanging ideas and creating connections that help build careers as well as recognize excellence, and includes:

  • The Women in Communication lunch, bringing communications and collaboration to women’s businesses professionals gathered for networking and lunch, as well as an interactive town hall-style discussion with a panel of women leaders in IT and corporate communications.
  • For the first time, Enterprise Connect will host a Main Stage General Session where attendees will hear from women leaders in corporate communications organizations who will address the opportunities, challenges and experiences they have seen, and offer their advice and encouragement to current and future women leaders.

  • For the third consecutive year, Enterprise Connect will present the Featured Awards honor outstanding women in corporate IT and communications organizations. Applications will be open shortly.
